
Katrina Stevens
Office Manager
Katrina is an entrepreneur operating her photography business, Red Cardinal Camera Works. She and her family are long-time ministers, having served formally on church staff, and with their own traveling music/speaking ministry. As the Lord has called her to this new season, Katrina is thrilled to use her gifts of administration to serve our leadership and congregation. Katrina and her husband, Michael, have 2 children, Olivia and Nicholas.
Dana Sanborn
Treasurer
Dana is a life-long resident of Lebanon County where she has been an active member of her home church for many years. She met her husband Ed, while swimming at Bloomsburg University. They have been married 30 years and they have three adult children.
Prior to being a stay-at-home mom, Dana worked in Human Resources as a Nurse Recruiter and then as a Benefits Counselor. When her youngest child turned 10, she accepted a volunteer position as the Treasurer of her home church. This position helped prepare and train her for her most recent employment experiences including the Treasurer position at Baughman UMC.
She enjoys spending time with family and traveling to visit her children. She enjoys gardening, reading, and exercising, and she loves the outdoors and traveling off the beaten path. She hopes to be able to visit all the National Parks during her lifetime.

SAUNDRA RADLE
Financial Secretary
Saundra serves as our Financial Secretary and is a member of SPRC. You will find her volunteering in the church office on Monday mornings. She retired from the West Shore School District after 30 years of service. She is the secretary for the New Cumberland/Highland Women’s Club and is active with the Red Hat Ladies. Saundra and her husband Larry have been married for 53 years. They have 2 children, 3 grands, and 2 great grandchildren.

LARRY FINLEY
Facilities Manager
Larry Finley is a dedicated member of Baughman community, having been involved for over forty years. Currently, serves as a Trustees (Property’s Treasurer), overseeing property matters. Larry is a proud graduate of Cedar Cliff and served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War. After retiring from the Defense Logistics Agency, specifically the Defense Distribution Center (formerly known as New Cumberland Army Depot), Larry loves spending his leisure time enjoying painting, gardening, and golf.

Olivia Stevens
Communications Director
Olivia Stevens is a young heart after God who desires to serve in any way she can. Throughout her life, she has invested in the Lord not only through a personal relationship but also through church events and ministry work, and now, as she pursues a degree in Early Childhood Education at Eastern University, aspiring to be a Children's Ministry Leader. Olivia is overjoyed to be our Communications Director, getting to be the hands and feet of Jesus as she steps daily into contributing toward spreading His light to others and serving Him.

KATHY GUMPHER
Family Ministry Director
Kathy Gumpher has been appointed as our new Family Ministry Director. She has been a member of Baughman Church for approximately four years and is actively involved with our children’s programs. Kathy and her husband, Carl, reside in New Cumberland. They have two children: Adi (22) and Callen (8), along with two stepchildren: CJ (34) and Kelsey (32), as well as a step-grandson, Waylon (5). In addition to her children, Kathy is also a proud mother to their corgi, Gracie. Before joining Baughman Church, Kathy was a stay-at-home mother for several years, during which she volunteered at Callen’s school. When she’s not working at the church, Kathy enjoys baking and cooking, and she is furthering her business, “Gracie Approved,” where she creates crocheted animals.

DIEGO AGUILAR
Director of Worship Music
Diego Aguilar is a devoted young man with a heart for God, born and raised in Chile. He began playing the guitar at the age of seven and has since developed into a talented multi-instrumentalist, leading worship throughout his life. Currently, Diego is studying Worship Arts with a minor in Pastoral Ministry at Lancaster Bible College. He aspires to write songs and lead the church in worship for many years to come. Diego is passionate about serving the church in various capacities. He works on the tech team, managing live streaming and audio for services. He is excited about the Lord's plans for this season of his life and is dedicated to using his gifts for God's glory.
